Baumr AG Chainsaw
Hi, just bought a Baumer AG chainsaw off ebay, used it once and now won't start, no spark. Can't find any contact for the Baumr Ag company re. warranty. Does anyone know how to get in contact with them? Phone or email would be great. Thanks

I would contact the ebay seller first
The other day I described to my daughter how to find something in the garage by saying "It's right near my big saw". A few minutes later she came back to ask: "Do you mean the black one, the green one, or the blue one?".

I got one of those, last year I got blisters trying to start it for the first time! same thing no spark from the plug. so I changed it with the plug from my husky, it started like a charm after a few pulls. but the saw is dead set rubbish, the chain break broke the first use, it wont hold the chain oil leaks to dry, the chain it came with heats up and stretches, thus stopping to adjust again. I got the 62cc model, it rattles like crazy. I hope you got it cheep, cause you money would have been better spent on a deposit for a good saw. sorry cant help with warranty contact. will sent if I can find my docket. good luck

I agree with Petersemple.
I think Baumr Ag is just a badge name so there probably isn't a Baumr AG company.
A mate had the same problem as you and replaced the spark plug lead.
I learnt to turn off the oil when I put it away and this stops the leaking.
Mine goes well and cuts well. It was very cheap and the quality reflects this. It has more than paid for itself in the 2 years I have had it.Cheers,
Steck

Baumr problems
I've had a few problems with my baumr but overall it goes well. Sometimes it just wont start and I now hold the throttle fully open and keep pulling it. It starts fine now. They seem to flood easily and wont clear themselves.

Hi All,
Was looking up info on buying a shorter bar for my BRAND NEW Baumr-AG SX62 & found your comments.
Contact: [email protected] for spares/warranty/etc. You'll need proof of purchase & you'll need to contact them multiple times to get a result. A real pain!
My guess is, they are in China (from the language they use while dealing with them).
As I said, I bought one & its brand new, still in the box.. and there it will stay until they send me a replacement for the broken bar adjustment screw. Yep, arrived with no screw head... Rough joins & edges. Not expecting anything famous.
Ok, so I bought it REALLY cheap off some crappy website so I deserve exactly what I got.
Hope this helps.

72cc 24inch Bar model
I have to add that i brought one of the chinese ebay chainsaws for $200, its 72cc and has a big bar, i also have a 50cc husky thats about 10 years old and done loads of work, im shocked to admit that the chinese saw has done what the husky could not, i had a couple of huge trees down on my property and despite a few minor issues the Baumr AG saw has cut them into pices that can be pushed around with my tractor.
The chain and bar are of ordinary quality and the saw itself is no sthil or husky but at the price i paid im well pleased, perhaps i got lucky but all in all the saved money will now go toward a decent ride on mower...
