Black and Decker - not too bad.
About 20 years ago when I moved into my current house, I needed to buy an electric drill so I could install new locks.
The local BBC (remember them?) didn't have any Makitas in stock so I ended up getting a Black and Decker Marathon hammer drill thinking 'It's pretty cheap so when it dies in a couple of months, I'll get a real drill'.
Well 20 years later, it's finally died. It's had a hard life but stood up to anything I could throw at it. If my next drill lasts as long, I'll be happyGeoff

Good onya. But just remember that was 20 years past and resist the temptation to buy another one.
Cheers,
Bob
