That is what I thought, however this model seems different, there is no screw when you open the chuck jaws, infact it looks more like some type of rivet or swaging. I tried the Allen Key capper but that did not work. I have a faint feeling it may be shrunk onto the shaft. The directions that come with the drill have no instructions in changing the chuck.
I guess you only get what you pay for.
