Best cordless drill for under $300
Down to 1 semi good battery with my Ryobi 18v cordless drill with hammer action. Looking to update to a cordless, which will have to take a fair amount of treatment in hardwood and masonry with good long lasting batteries (ie at least 2 years). Will spend up to $300. It needs to be sturdy as everynow and then a job comes up where it will need some real grunt but also needs good batteries as I'm tiring of having to buy batteries every 18 months.

I have used a few different drills, and cannot fault Dewalt. I reckon they are the best . I no longer buy any other brands.
I have bought quite a lot of stuff from this ebay seller in the USA. I don't know about what would happen to warranty, but haven't needed to use a warranty yet. Also, no TAX invoice so you cannot claim GST back.
One of my purchases was an 8 piece kit which retails for nearly $2000, for AU$1000 delivered.
You will have to factor in an aussie battery charger which is about $100 on ebay.
