    Default Hitachi C7MFA Circular Saw

    Gday All,
I'm considering buying a Hitachi C7MFA saw, 7.25mm blade, Want to use it for general home workshop use. Any Good/Bad points you may have would be appreciated, been quoted a bit under $200.00
If it's anything like my TR 12 Router it should be good.
    Cheers and thanks in advance

    Default C7mfa

I have a c7mfa hitachi saw and as most hitachi stuff its a real great saw. I have not used it much yet but it leaves a similiar makita which i have also for dead. The Hitachi saw was a gift together with a 12LSH 305mm sliding mitre saw which was purchased from Sydney Power Tools. Really great gear.

    Regards Mike

Wayne, I don't think Trade Tools have a store over in WA which is a pity as they are on special next week for $159 (see here). There is also a review of them here. I had planned on buying one a while ago but my wife surprised me with a 160mm Makita (which I love incidentally).

Stop Press: The Hitachi is on special at Sydney Tools for $149 (see here). I wonder if any stores in WA price match?

    Good luck,

    John

    Thanks John,
I checked up on the net and they were going to charge $20.00 for postage from NSW so I went to a couple of stores over here and got it for $170.00, checked it out this evening and I'm very happy.
Thanks for the replys guys all good stuff.

    cheers
