    Unhappy Lower Wheel Removal Help

I have a 19" SBW 4800CE Carba Tec Bandsaw. The tyres need replacing so I need to remove both wheels.
The top one was easy; Unscrew it and it slips off however, the lower wheel won't budge. I moved the motor and took off the drive belt.
This sucker won't move at all, it's like its held by screws. Anyway the manual didn't even mention changing the tyres so I'm up the creek now.
I will really be up the creek if the belt breaks so this wheel has to come off. I also tried YouTube but its mostly US models.

Does anyone know how? Btw I did speak to Andrew at Carba tec and he said it comes off the way as the top so

I have the same saw but was able to replace the tyres without removing the wheels.
Just heat the tyres up in really hot water (had to do it several times) and with a bit of a struggle they went on.

From memory you will need a wheel puller to remove the bottom wheel off its shaft. You could try heating the wheel hub with a hot air gun,

Who is Andrew and what is "it"?

As well as heating the tyres with hot water I also heated the whee metal tyre rims so they were about 100º so quite warm.
This expands the wheels far less than the amount the warm tyres shrink when they cool quickly when applied to cold rims.
