    Smile Makita has gone crackers....

First we had the cordless coffee maker, which is actually not a bad idea.

Then, the cordless fan, also a good idea.

But this, is starting to get out of control. Ok,ok, Lollypop people here in the mountains, Shovel Leaners etc might like need one.

They do have quite the range of cordless skins these days:

Brett, you'd need that jacket up the hill over winter...........

Mind you Milwaukee in the USA have had similar for a number of years.........

My builder friend's whole tool kit is pretty well all Makita M18 cordless these days.............gives then a hell of a caning....

It'd be a pain carrying a couple of pockets of M18 batteries for a days work..........

    Not so.

Enfield Guy's cordless extension lead fixes that right up.

Anyways, I've already got a cordless coat.

    And threadless socks.

And a cordless naval, which I regularly contemplate.

I did have a pair of corded pants in the 70s, but they're all cordless now too.

    Default Makita Jacket

Brilliant idea for the man working outside. Motorcycle riders have had access to a vest that is heated for a few years, I have one, also have heated bars and seat on my bike. The vest worn and plugged into the bikes power supply is fantastic, my bod use to get cold around the torso, now its rather nice to ride feeling toasty.

I wonder where he got the Makita M18's from, Mak do LXT and Milwaukee do M18.

Sorry just nitpicking in the interest of accuracy.

Ask people who regularly work in sub zero temps what they think about them. Not as applicable in Australia, but they are making them for overseas customers, why not offer them here as well?

Yep well said. Would like to have tried one on yesterday here. Can also see the benefits of having one riding the motorcycle around on chilly days.
In fact, cant wait for the trousers or at least underpants version.
