:confused: I posted a message about 11 hrs ago or so, what I was wondering if there are two different models with the HAFCO Jointer. I bought the PT160, however when I got home and unwraped the box it was a PT150 or known as a WJ150A.

Can someone please explain to me which is the newer model or better model if anyone is aware of.

Hoping to here from someone out there that can please help me with this dilemma.

Is it much different from the one you saw in the shop ?

The website shows a PT160 or a 151, which is more expensive.

Thanks for the quick reply Gumby, I bought it at Hare and Forbes and it was the PT160 that I looked at for 359 from 499 I think. But when I got home it was on the box as the WJ150A so I am confused. I guess I will ring them tomorow, however thought you might know which is the better model. The model I have is 1 hp and the PT 160 supposed to be 750w. I am not sure if I got the better machine and or is it old stock??????????????????????????:confused:

Yes the web does show the PT160 but does not show the WJ150A even at the shop it was the PT160

2hp is 1500watts etc.

I can't find the 150A but have a look at these. There's a wj150 and wj150Q

The WJ-150A looks like the PT-160.
I just bought a P-200H which looks like the WJ-200A.
The instruction booklet for the P-200H has Warrior on the front cover.
I will be putting it together tomorrow with help of a mate. The stand weighs about 50kg and the table is about 150kg.

This is a long shot as i realize your post was some time ago.

I acquired a WJ-150A Jointer in bits. The problem is I have no parts list or instruction manual. Can you help me as i am reluctant to try and put it together without the manual. I am happy to pay you for your time and trouble.

Not sure if you're still looking for this but try having a search here; Grizzly.com® -- Product Manuals

No guarantee you'll find one for your particular machine but you might get lucky. My suggestion is to download the manual one at a time for all the 6inch jointers and see how you go.

I bought a demo/sample jointer from a local machinery company with no manual, and managed to find one on this site. Different model number and brand, but it's the same unit from the same factory in China.
