Dear friends, I have not post on this good forum long time, believe my last post about Capacitor inside drill machine (mine is blown at that time) and I gain very valuable knowledge through this forum.

This time I want to post about impact/drilling machine which is I believe China made and used for heavy duty task. And as far we know how the China product quality is about especially with no brand/strange funny name, then this one give up on its switch (having reverse ability but no speed adjuster). So the switch keep in contact, whenever we plug the power cord and just turn ON in high speed rendering to control it using the trigger mechanism.

Being China product mean some cheap replacement spare part is easily available, but it may need some modification. So I got this replacement part in local store for just USD2 (IDR 30000). But new switch have speed adjustable knob & reverse switch, while the old original is only reverse switch. So at first I don't have clue how to convert/use it. Some guidance I believe in YouTube are present but not so clear how to put it together.

So I post this for reference hopefully it can be useful :
1. This post cover only "the main trigger switch" connection from switch of NON ADJUSTABLE SPEED to ADJUSTABLE SPEED
2. For reverse way switch, if its available or capable, I think MHO only need to match the present connection as example
3. Some size adjustment on the new switch body may be needed as product dimension may not be standart
4. Again Please kindly use with its own risk and be careful with electric shock hazard as we deal with AC LINE.

The wiring schematic from Switch Non Speed to Switch With Speed adjuster
kematik SAKLAR_BOR_LISTRIK___BOLAK_BALIK____PENGATUR_KECEPATAN.jpg
1. 1 Cable Line In (which is actually switched/coonect with port nbr 2&4 when trigger is push)
2. Cable to motor pole (this already have output depende the variable from speed adjuster)
3. 1 Cable Line In, Capacitor To 4 (may not use capacitor), cable to motor pole
4. Capacitor
NOTE :
* Basically for port 3 is just bypass line so not trigger dependable (IN-OUT Motor pole & capacitor to 4)
* Some drill product may not use Capacitor (ignoring Capacitor on 3-4) --> For Capacitor info pls can read this good thread
