Rip Fence
I'm looking to update and improve my current table saw. One very important thing is to get a more accurate, and larger rip fence. The fence that came with my Craftsman 24883, does not stay true on every move, no matter how much I tweak and calibrate it. It always seems to be a little crooked and pinches the wood as it passes and is burns my blade up. I have to measure from each end of the blade everytime. I know there has to be a better quality fence out there, but I don't know what to look for...
Any help would be appreciated..
Thanks

Well as you're in the US, why not buy a Beisemeyer (if that's how you spell it, I can never seem to get that bugger of a word right) fence?
My Taiwanese Delta clone 10'" saw has a clone Beisemeyer fence that works very well.

Do a search on this board under biesemeyer (sp?) and there is a plan to make one. I'll try and find it. Will post if I do.
