    Default Ryobi-General-Grizzly-Rigid??

I am a newbie to this forum so I hope the context is viewed properly but, I have been researching for months on a new tablesaw. I have been woodworking for 25 years. My first tablesaw was a Delta with an attached planer. A joy but almost lost a finger. Next was the Ryobi BT3000. This is what i am currently using and it has worked but I have been very uncomfortable many times. The fence is weak. The aluminum feel and stops have gotten on my nerves. I have made some very good furniture projects but it is time to move on. I want to stay under $1000.00 I have been looking at the New Rigid at Home Depot but I found out that Rigid is Ryobi. Someone can confirm?? I have been leaning towards the Grizzly 0444. Good solid base saw.

    Default Ridgid Tools

The last I heard, Ridgid was being made by Emerson Tool (who previously made Craftsman tools when Craftsman had a lifetime warranty), and is now offering a lifetime warranty on their products. I have a number of Grizzly tools and they're alright, but I will replace them eventually with something else, they have their limitaions. I have a few small power tools made by Ryobi and will be changing out to something else also. It all boils down to what you're gong to use them for.
