    I got one as a gift. Much fiddle for alignment.
    Then, one hand to run the press. One hand to hold the wood. One hand to power the drill trigger.
    The problem is using the drill for other things then the entire alignment ritual every time.

    Actually bought 2 x 8" Delta bench top drill presses ($100 each). Great for all kinds of small jobs including grinding
    and shaping and drum sanding.
