A Day on the Tools
Spent the day cutting logs for a Bloke who salvaged them from country about to be developed by a Mine. Had a good mix with some Emu Apple, Bloodwood, Beefwood, Kurrajong,Budgeroo and Myrtle. The Myrtle was quite interesting. Got most of it done except for the Budgeroo, That's Tomorrows Job. Here are a couple of photo's of Today's work. We did a bit with the Go-Pro as well today, I will sort it out and get it up here soon.
The 1st Photo is my counterpart pondering the Wood rack he built, We may need to get another one as this one is nearly Full!!!

Wish I had racks like that, better still, something to lift the timbers with into a rack.
Love the look of those Budgeroo logs lined up for milling (or at least I assume that's what they are)
Hope to call in your way on my trip to Darwin and back.Neil____________________________________________Every day presents an opportunity to learn something new

Budgeroo on the Mill
Finished off the Budgeroo today, Only took a couple of hours early this morning, Timber cut Quite well until I hit a pipe in one of the logs that was packed with Sand. Luckily I had some spare blades on Hand. Anyway here are the Pics, We had a Go-Pro set up with some Time lapse stuff so I will figure out how to compress it and get it Up here
Cheers, Jon
