    Default Home for Slash Pine?

Sorry Allan - I'd thought I'd jump on the wagon as well - seeing the company is so good.

I can get my hands on some Slash Pine logs in SEQ.
About 15m3 is spoken for but how can we get rid of more green off saw for cash?
Or to the cynical - should it be left to rot?
Thanks - waiting for rubbish to be heaped on Slash Pine - ha ha

    Hey Rob,
no problems mate - I personallyused slash pine for my house frame, had to weed out some bits with excessive knots in them but for the most part it worked quite fine.

I feel there is no such thing as rubbish timber - just rubbish places people want to put it
I love my Lucas!! ...just ask me!
    Allan.

I agree Allan all timber has a use, and as you say some people just want to do the darndest things with stuff they shouldn't. Personally I HATE radiata but even it has uses.
