Default Logs for sale or mill

I have 100 acres in Kempsey NSW 2440
Good stands of Blackbutt, Tallowood, Turpentine, Yellow Stringybark.
Looking to sell for some cash. Wondering if anyone may be interested in buying?
Or am I better off falling trees I want and getting someone with a Mill to cut me some 400x400mm Posts (For my new house)
or cut into lengths and sell?
    Let me know

    G'day guy with wood,

my process would be to select logs for your posts, get them milled (not the easiest thing to do at that size, but certainly doable with a mobile mill - I've done 350mm posts using 150mm Lucas) then also sell off some log.
I love my Lucas!! ...just ask me!
    Allan.
