Started milling
After some trial and effort I have my Norwood HD 36 up and running. Had to do a modification to the trailer set up to pass QLD transport but up and running now. Huge learning curve at the moment, frustration, excitement and learning everyday. Getting a better idea of what barrels to mill and what to turn into firewood.
Im based in Brisbane and still learning how to break down a log the best way but time will teach me that.
Below in the pics are my first spotty gum sleepers and showing of the hydraulic lift arm. I have the hydraulic lifters, log turner, dogs and stops. The cutting head is pushed as I want to get to know how the saw sound/reacts and feels as it cuts before getting the remote option.
