Well guys we are set up
I hope someone is bringing extra cake and goodies
From the main entrance we are across the other side and just on the right of this corridor. If it is still a corridor by this time tomorrow.

Well, as per Dave's post we are all ready to go in the morning. The stand looks a teeny bit different from Dave's pic - it now has my 'portable' bench sitting in front of it.
I should be there in plenty of time in the morning, so if the first shift start arriving 10-15 minutes before the crowd is let in, I'll be ready to come out with your exhibitor badges. If for some reason you can't get me, try Dave's number - he will also be there early.
Let the show begin...........IW

It's official .... the doors are open and looking in moments earlier as you walk in round to the right
Or straight ahead
and if your in need of paper there is the sandpaperman round to the left .... of course plenty of paper at plenty of stores

Meanwhile .... back at the ranch Bushmiller and the thumb nail is too small for me to read other names
[Edit IanW: L to R, Bushmiller, IanW, Rod Gilbert, Bob1961 (I hope that's right?)]
One of our neighbours is McJings - Taken from the other side of their stand looking back towards us
Another neighbour is Ozvice ... I'd like to have a closer look at the wasp sander. The idea of a spring loaded belt sander for curved surfaces kinda appeals to me

Looking good Dave
So did you scan the outside timber supplies for the rare ones before the public came in? I know I used to score the best stuff early, like the huge solid Hairy Oak tree trunk (250-450mm dia x 2.5m) for $200Neil____________________________________________Every day presents an opportunity to learn something new

No show is complete without the demonstartors, whether it is the likes of Theo doing wood turning
Or Col over at Gifkin demonstrating their dovetail jigs
Then there the metal workers

Over at Bench Standard is Hague. Spoke to him yesterday and my description of his stand is 'everything router'. There is other stuff too but if you are after a table or jigs this is definitely one place to check out
Here are a couple of his tables

Swarts Tools are here again.
Last year the compound mitre saw sold out in Sydney. More in stock. Wish these were around before I spent about $1000 on my 12" DeWalt
And a show special on his twin saw - down from $150 - $110
And it cuts steel - I loved it when I used mine
Of course it cuts plastic and copper and even wood which believe it or not I had not thought of
