Forum Stand - HELP WANTED - SYDNEY T&WWW Show 2014

The second show of the year is coming up shortly in Sydney.

Place: Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park
Date: 27, 28, 29 June 2014
Times: Fri Sat: 10am to 5pm - Sun:10am to 4pm

Once again we will be hosting the Forum Lounge thanks to the generosity of Impressive Exhibitions.
However to make it work we need volunteers to man the stand for short periods over the three days
Christos has been sillybrave enough to stick his hand up again this year to organise the stand.
Jim and Irene from Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies will be bringing banners, monitor, etc. They will also be the people to see if you have any problems.

All volunteers get free admission to the show.

Anyone wanting to volunteer please put your names down in this thread.

Others who have gone before will be glad to help with any info or advice you may need.

There has been excitement and background discussion in this years show. I am happy to put my name down to organize the roster. My intention is to be at the show from set up to pack up.

Will need quite a few of you members to help in between. Those that can spare an hour or so please reply to the thread.

I can do a stint around lunchtime Friday and say 11.00am on Sunday. Actual times up to you to confirm.

I can do:

Friday- 12-1pm
Saturday- 10am-11am

If you need to fill some other vacant slots I can of course help out.

I'll need to confirm Sunday but it's very likely I'll be there.
