I have gone to the Sydney Showground site and extracted their PDF site map. As I do not have the ability to modify the PDF I have saved this to a GIF file in order to indicate the location of where to meet the volunteers.
Going by last year the loading dock/heavy items pickup is circled in red, this is where I will be coming out from. It would be good if you guys can meet me in that area. The part of the map that is highlighted yellow was the main entrance last year.
For those that do not know what I look like please look for a person wearing a Woodwork Forum cap.

Christos, I can't say what time or day I will be there but I will show up and see if any help is needed. It is either Saturday or Sunday and Mrs P and Miss P are going to the cake show next door. Unfortunately women are unable to make long term plans on timing so I will just have to wing it.
