HELP WANTED to man 2015 FORUM STAND

Place: RNA Showgrounds
Date: 15, 16, 17 May 2014
Times: 10am to 4pm - Fri, Sat & Sun

Once again we will be having a Forum Stand at Brisbane thanks to the generosity of Impressive Exhibitions.

Volunteers are needed to man the stand for short periods over the three days.

All Volunteers get free admission to the show.
Anyone wishing to volunteers please put your name down in this thread.
The sooner we get names the sooner, quicker and easier it will be to draw up a roster, etc.

I'm organising the roster again this year so leave a post of your preferred slot. The Saturday 10-11am two slots have been taken by Mr & Mrs SB. When I have a few volunteers, I'll put up a sheet of the remaining places. It should be a good show so get in quick. We also may need help to put up and take down the stand as I have full time employment and can't help there.

I can help on Friday, which is the only day I can get along this year. Any time is OK with me, but preferably not at the very start in case I am delayed on my 200km trip to get there.

I'm available Friday & Saturday - any times you like/need on those days should be ok. I won't be able to bring my bench along as I've done the last couple of years because I'm committed to a big family occasion all Sunday, so wouldn't be able to fetch it home. I won't be able to help with set-up, either, as I'm working 70Ks out of town on Thursdays....

SB - I'm happy to do a 2-hour stretch on Friday, so unless you get a rush of volunteers for Friday arvo, you can put me down for a second hour (2-3), that'll fill another gap. May as well earn my keep....
