Thread: Sydney show lunch fri sat

If you think there isn't anywhere to eat good food at the Showgrounds, you must be anorexic. There is a restaurant strip opposite the station that you have to walk past to get to the fast food area (Subway etc).

I had a dinner at the Ribs & Rumps there a few weeks ago & the most annoying thing was having to walk past all the restraurants without time to read the menus.

I'm not sure when I'm getting there, but I'll probably be the one waving at you from behind the plate of cleaned ribs.

What we do need is to decide on the restaurant in advance or it might take 30 minutes to decide what to eat on the day.

Just an observation... but when I went to the manufacturing expo at homebush there were big lineups and delays at all the places across the street (even subways had a long wait) not sure it will be the same for the wood show but might be an idea to get lunch early or late to avoid the crowds.
