I used to have issues with Gall stones and tried various so called natural remedies, but then ultimately my son found me on the floor after collapsing from a "dangerous one" (according to the docs) and had the Gall Bladder removed. Apart from not being able to do much for a few months afterwards I haven't had any issues since (now ~10 years ago maybe) and had no diet restrictions
