Thread: The Migraines arise again.

Hi All,
First let me say, There Are Migraines & there are Migraines.
I had to leave my work at 53 because of The Migraine.
Kboomm Kaboomm, almost every morning, & in those days there was a 9 day Fortnight, & I wood make 5, if I was lucky.
From work they sent me to Drs., Neuro Surgeon, Specialists.
No One had an answer. Got the 2nd. Package, & left, with a heavy Heart, as I loved My Job.

One Carving night, a friend said, "I hear you get Migraines, I have a book at home I will lend you."
At That stage, My Day was laying face down in the Passage outside the Toilet, & if I could Vomit, then the Pressure was far less.

I really only read part of that book, which was by a Quack Dr. an American. He had helped 100's of people to beat Migraines. His word were true for me too.
Haven't had a M for20 + yrs now, & I did it myself.
I have mainly been a Night Owl, loved Availability for The SEC, Vic. as a Linesman.
No Sooner than I left & after having a bit of a read, " Bingo ", All Gone.
The Cure Was Simple, as I think most are.
These Nights, I sit up to have something to EAT at Midnight, & that is it for me.
Something about Low Sugar Content, not to sure, what the ?. THEY ARE GONE.
