I recommend tai chi. All my friends are sick of me saying that to them for some reason, but it has done wonders for me. And has made me feel like doing stuff is making me stronger, not wearing me out. And I just fell like running, rather than sleeping.

thanks TL, i do body balance once a week it does have tai chi moves and breathing and followed by 10 minutes just relaxing. Something that is awesome something i don't do for myself so it is special

Kudos, Toni. You've already accomplished way more than most people, and if you're eating differently (as it sounds like you are) the weight should continue to come off over time.
Can be a frustratingly slow process, but very rewarding.

Congratulations on losing all that weight. Its not easy I know. I am just starting on a diet to lose about 15 kilos and you have given me inspiration to keep at it. Well done
