I recommend tai chi. All my friends are sick of me saying that to them for some reason, but it has done wonders for me. And has made me feel like doing stuff is making me stronger, not wearing me out. And I just fell like running, rather than sleeping.

Smoking irritated the back of my throat. I find tai chi is better brewed as a tea.

Kudos, Toni. You've already accomplished way more than most people, and if you're eating differently (as it sounds like you are) the weight should continue to come off over time.

Can be a frustratingly slow process, but very rewarding.

    Keep up the good work!

Congratulations on losing all that weight. Its not easy I know. I am just starting on a diet to lose about 15 kilos and you have given me inspiration to keep at it. Well done
