Just me two bobs, I don’t think that little cliff needed to be retained at all considering the type of ground it is. It’s not as though you’re going to get an avalanche. I’d would’ve just taper it off gently into the lay of the land behind while the excavator was there.

Hhmmm I see, with respect, it seems as though that opinion is heavily influenced by the grunge era. I’m sure you already know how dangerous the top of those pickets are going to be and they’re an accident waiting to happen let alone the edges of the corrugated iron.

Over and out from the safety police department 🙃

    Matt

    I can imagine!

A suitable size piece of rio (sheet mesh, not de-formed bar), say 1200 by 1200 or even 1800 x 1800, also can be useful for grading. Add a piece of timber or metal at the back of the mesh to keep it down.

To speed things up a little, try some "go-faster" stripes along the bonnet. I see the hub caps have already been removed so nothing to be gained there.

    Regards
    Paul

PS: How is Sal coping with the ever-decreasing circles?
