We have one of those but it's only built to take at a maximum 4 metre cars.
We would have major dramas getting one to where we have to load also.

A hiab crane truck may be the best for what you need to do as it would help load and unload the timber quite quickly.

ASAP talking next week I'm off to Canada for 4 months the week after.
My mate Peter whose undertaken this effort needs to get it done and chase some work, he's been in a position to do it because he's just been redunded after 17 years at UNSW. Kept him busy one way or the other but we're both over it.
Its part of a workshop we're clearing for a terminally ill Cabinetmaker/restorer.
We've sold off about 14 machines, a cube of so of Oregon plus a lot of 2"Mahogany and various other exotics.
This will make it substantially clear so the Auctioneers can then see the furniture etc.

I suggested that but we'd have to carry it out and strap it.
That is after we get a skip in to remove the rubbish so we can stack the timber out from where the truck will be.
Might just as well load it straight on a flat top.
There is help plus a fork at the other end to unload.
