Just updated the timber selection page on the site. It may seem a simple page but took over an hour to clean up and get all the links right...
Just had another thought. People seem to voicing support spontaneously. Anyone keen to write some little paragraph of testimony to go on the site about your dealings with Boutique Timbers? My blog: ~ for the love of wood ~ - http://theloveofwood.blogspot.com/

How is this.
I contacted Mel, with my requirement for some Qld Maple. I had some very specific needs for two slabs, one on the quarter and one that was back sawn. With neither slab being less then 400 mm at its narrowest point and at least 50 mm thick. Within a day Mel found me two suitable slabs, and within 5 days the slabs were moved from Coff's Harbour to Canberra, all at a bargain rate. I can wholeheartedly recommend Boutique timbers without reservation.

yep, can't say enough about Mals service and timber, I use maybe 3 - 5 tons a year almost all from Mal. The timber is of good quality and freight costs and times are minimal. If you want something unusual or a large slab etc Mals your man.
