Burl Suppliers
Hi all, i have been asked to make a box with burl timber, preferably Thuya. I know its not a local timber but does anyone know of a burl supplier who may have a rnge to choose from.

Thuya & other Exotic Burls
Hi Cava & Double.d:
Thanks for your confidence and suggestion. There are quite a few suppliers including myself. BUT the more exotic burls like Thuya Burl is from Nth Africa (Morocco Algeria etc) has become increasingly difficult to get (much as Rosewood has) and such burls therefore have become expensive and very limited availability. having said that I do have some which I would need to cut (not a whole burl). If you PM me your email I will send you some pics of what I have.
As CAVA said I have a range of other burls some cut for box lids and others suitable for turners.
