garden shed
Hi there .
I am about to build a garden shed 8'x12'.
what would be the best cladding to face the exterior with?
I plan on building the frame and sheating it with 1/2 wbp plywood.
I just want the cladding to make it look like a traditonal garden shed.

Hi Perkins
Just wondering what you define as a traditional garden shed?
Over here in Oz a traditional garden shed is made out of steel.

Gday Perkins, welcome aboard .
Here in Oz commonly available cladding options include hardplank (cement sheet "boards" 230 or 300 mm wide by about 6mm thick, various suface textures), weathertex ("boards" similar to previous but made of tempered hardboard (masonite)), timber weatherboards (baltic pine, CCA treated pine), cement sheet (looks average), corrugated galvanised iron or zinc plated/ colorbond steel panels (like butchers link), overlapped fence palings (rustic look), etc etc.
Does depend I guess on what looks trad. in Eire .
Cheers mate....................Sean
