Free Australian Rosewood (Dysoxolum Fraseri)
There seems to be quite a bit of interest in Australian Rosewoood (Dysox... or however you spell it). and some SA or Vic woodworkers have apparently never played around with it.
Mal at Boutique Timbers has around 40 cube and when I'm up on the farm for the next two weeks, I'll cut some small blocks that can be mailed in overnight bags to anyone who wants to smell and examine the grain and play with a small amount of this great timber.
No charge... It's Christmas after all.
Just let me know here, or send me a pm with where you want the block mailed.
I'll be off the air for the next 2 weeks, so don't expect a reply or any timber until mid January.
Regards
Greg Ward
