    Default Fresh Stock

Mal has just come back with fresh stock, some for the annual timber auction on 23rd September.
Big burls, redgum and coolibah, ready to slice in a few years, smaller ones for bowls and some cyprus pine slabs and gidgee and buloak logs.

Hey Greg. I was just wondering how the auction works? Is it literally a small auction for individual lots that we bid on?

And is there are a pricing list or guide to accompany the auction for us newbies. I havenít got too much experience in buying timber like this so Iím a little worried Iíll either overbid for what itís worth or come home empty handed. Thanks

    Hello Greg,
I am looking for good sized burls for bowls (say300+ x75+) redgum or mallee and some gidgee for ornamental work. I would appreciate if you could advise in due course. Regards, Drillit (John M).
