furniture grade timber supplies
Does anyone have a list of suplliers around Yarra Valley or Nth Eastern Melbourne? I would like to send my students to source DRY timber for their VCE Design & Technology projects.
I know of Bowerbird in Warburton and Choice and Mountain timbers in Kilsyth.
Lets compile a list if there's not already such a thing. Google or Yellow Pages don't offer much.Last edited by gleembru; 6th August 2010 at 06:06 PM. Reason: more info

Furniture timber
Hi
Misan Craftwood of Burnie in Tasmania supply fniture and craft wood and are able to ship to Melbourne for very little these days.
We can send photos and pricing and have a range of about 140 different timbers including some hard to get varieties.
