    Default Logs around Cairns. Any sellers?

    Mal from Boutique Timbers is in Cairns at the present time, purchasing full semis of various N Qld logs.

    Gidday Greg, chase up a mob called PFNQ (private forestry north queensland) they were a quasi govt agency, supporting farmers with trees and timber for sale. I dont know if they are still functioning or how to get in touch, but they would have every contact you need.

    Failing that I have a name, for a bloke who might have some contacts. Private message me.

    Be aware that a lot of them have been severly stressed by Larry & may have internal damage that you can't see from the outside.

    The logs, not the farmers....

    Thanks.
    He is attending the auction at Atherton tomorrow and has some others to see; last month he got a full semi of Qld Maple, paddock trees that were rock solid and have been cut into beautiful slabs over 1 metre wide.
    He is also getting some Kauri and N Silky and hopefully some mango.
