Default Natural timber with veneer to match?

    Hi All

I am looking at making a bar. I would like to do rails and stiles out of natural timber and insert veneer into the middle instead of raised panels. I would rather not have to stain if possible.

Is it possible to get a jarrah veneered particle board/mdf that would match up to the rails etc if made out of real jarrah?

if so, where would I source this from. I live in North central Vic but would travel to Melbourne if necessary.

    Thanks in advance

    Ash

I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

I'm not sure about veneered particle board, but beware of rotary cut jarrah veneer. It looks flat & lifeless compared to solid timber and slice cut veneers.
