Pine supplier in Brisbane
Hi,
I'm trying to locate a supplier of decent pine on the northside of Brisbane.
I need some to make some matching bedroom furniture. There is already a pine bed, so I need to match that.
I know Bunnings sells pine, but from experience its hard to find something that is flat and doesn't have a twist in it.
Am trying to get out of the habit of using Bunnings for timber and am wondering who others use.
Thanks
-Gavin

Hi Gavin, I'm not sure if I can help you as I'm on the south side, Rocklea. I agree about bunnings, its all merch and standard grade. My timber is std/better and higher grades. We also dock to length.I have a cabinate/furniture making work shop that also sells timber to the public. Weekdays only.
Call me if you have no luck over on the north side.
regards
