Good job Barry. Should look excellent with a finish on it. Have you decided what you're going to use?

yes.
The DBF chose
Cabot's Deck Clean
And Feast Watson Natural Matt Look Decking Oil
He's doing all the horizontal elbow work (sanding, brushing and oiling).
He's right into it. Scrubbed until 10:30 pm last night.
And back over on his lunch break for the first coat.
I'm sitting back doing all the vertical elbow work (drinking and jaw wagging).
We've (he's) completed the first coat on the underside.
The darker grain looks really nice.
I'd post pics but too many pocket holes distracts. Thanks,

Scheduling factors required me to step in and finish more of the project alone.
DBF needs to move in before traveling.
We were able to finish the last bits n pieces together.
And finish installation.
The installation went surprisingly well.
DBF mentioned he spoke to Bunnings timber man who said Kerri would be OK on the second floor balcony.
He mentioned he was able to speak with one of the work teams still developing on the large site.
They also confirmed Kerri would be OK.
I wasn't there for either conversation.
Thanks to all for all the support on yet another project.
Pics soon.Thanks,

Don't tell me wife that's my mountain dew and the reason I got zero sleep that night.

I had a right angle drill attachment I used for most of the outside screws.
But he returned soon enough to use a ladder to finish it off.
So nice to be young and beautiful.

DBF man-splaining to the D about the 3 mm difference due to cupping and how we are planning on fixing.
The daughter on her way to the gym.
She'd kill me if she found out I posted her pic with out make up.
Still the second most beautiful creature in my world.

As a parting comment the DBF confirmed he had contacted the body corporate and got permission to install the planters, the basket ball hoop and the balcony bar.
The client (DBF) learned a lot and was involved in every aspect of the decision making and actual construction and installation of this build from start to finish.
