    Default Python Skin Myrtle

Well we have all heard of "Birdseye" huon pine, even "Whitebait" huon pine.
With Myrtle it is usually the "Deep Red" stuff one prefers, or if you are really lucky a few bits of "Tiger Myrtle" may find it's way into your shed.
Can't say I have ever seen Myrtle like this before though. Remember cutting the timber from the leftovers of a logging coupe many years ago when loggers could actually cut trees here still. The coupe had already been worked over and it seemed the remnants had been sitting for a while. So thinking this is some sort of spalting effect.
Almost has a pattern like that seen on some sort of python.
