    Absolutely amazing stuff....
    I had the opportunity to work a little Qld maple for the first time recently....bloody nice to work and whilst mine is nothing of the quality of this gear, it still has a definite charm to it.

    We all know Huon Pine is renowned for it's birds-eye grain but Qld Maple can be impressively figured with birds-eye too
    Here's a table that i had made some years back...the tree was a paddock form...provenance Malanda,Atherton Tableland,F.N.Qld...MM
