Another timber ID!
Hello, I was pinching some firewood from my brothers wood pile while he was interstate and came across a few bits of timber that looked nice to put through the bandsaw for box making. We are down in south Australia and most of the firewood was blue gum, cup gum, pink gum and sheoak. This timber had a light shade of purple in the centre and was grey on the outside but no purple colour when I cut it? Any help identifying it would be appreciated. 20140718_164734.jpg20140721_183332.jpg
