    No question about it Lovely stuff - I think of it as the 'Red Cedar of the Desert' - a little but harder and heavier but just as nice to work with and a similar beautiful colour.     Emu Apple.

    We've cooked with the fruit, takes a very long time & the results are variable, if you get it right, the resulting jelly/jam/paste is good with savoury stuff like cold meat or cheese.
