    Question Bear

I am in the process of building a shed. Once this is done I intend to divide my time with home reno's and woodworking furniture making etc (a Hobby I have always wanted to do). Therefore, I intend to be purchasing tools to use for this to happen. I have often looked at the Triton equip and wondered where do you start. Also is it that much better than GMC. Can anyone suggest what is the basic starting point as far as equip goes

    Regards

Felder, Holz Profi, Robland, Altendorf, Sicar,JET, IXES... these are all better starting points than Triton..... You may need a bigger shed however.....

Seriously Triton is a good start too. What I did (do) is start a project (generally involves a request from wife or the aquisition of timber), decide what to do with it (The timber that is) then purchase the equipment to do the job with. Seems to work for me. I also have a "only buy one of each" policy for my equipment thus I dont end up with a bunch of land-GMC-OZITO-fill disposable toolware laying around....

good luck and welcome to the board - perhaps the best start you could have made is to log on here - a wealth of knowledge - just do searches and you'll find answers on just about anything including the wing velocity of a sparrow or dietary habits of outer mongolia.
