Carbatec Service
Three times in the last three weeks I have used the Carbatec email contact form on their website to ask if they are going to back up Triton Routers purchased during the present sale with warranty and spare parts.
Ive read here the problems members have with Triton parts and wish to make a purchase of the large Triton router but its a waste of time if parts and warranty are not part of the deal.
I have also emailed Carbatec at the only email address I can find on their website to no avail. Is this usual, over the past years I have spend over $4000
with Carbatec Perth and I hope this is not the service I will be having to cope with.

Why dont you call the local carbatec and get the advice straight from the shop .
You will find that yes they have parts and support for the products they are selling.Jim Carroll
