    Question Cutting PE Plastic board

    Is there any special precautions necessary when cutting a PE Plastic cutting board?
    I want to cut up some to make a mitre slot bar for my Mk-3.

    No issues that I have found, and I have cut it okay with my MK3

    Thanks Chris for the prompt reply. I wasn't sure as I've never cut anything on my Mk-3 except for timber. Again, appreciate your advice... Ian.

    I cut one with a SCMS. You tend to get a bit of melting depending on the rate of cut, but nothing that can't be fixed up with a plane.
