    Default GMC Table saw slots

I have a GMC t/s & have had good service from it but it has very narrow slots of only 1/4 inch.Is there any adjustment to widen these slots or do I replace the whole top Thanks in advance?

Not sure why you want wider slots but if you explain what you want to do perhaps someone will have answers. If it is to run a sled then that can be made with rails that run against the side edges of the table.

@ orraloon.Hi John, thank you for the input re wider slots.I should have mentioned previously they are Tee slots which are 1/4 inch wide (top) not your normal
    3/4 inch mitre slots.Looks like
I'll be replacing the entire t/s top including the required slots,a new fence & I will enquire about installing a new more powerful motor while I'm on the job. Thanks again & best wishes,James
