    Default Hold down clamps

Does anybody have a set of hold down clamps which come with the maxi extension table? I have some I bought from Triton direct (quite a while ago) and was going to fir them to the mini table. The bolt which goes through from the bottom doesn't go up into the slot in the plastic slider. It sticks out under the slider so it means the clamp has to operate within the confines of the sled. This deosn't seen right to me. The xplasice slider has a round sleeve inside which stops the bolt going up into it. Does this have to be taken out? I don't want to damage the thing because it's going on ebay.

    Default Sliding Extension Table Clamps

I bought two a few years ago for my Mini extension Table. There was a slight problem as I recal, I will have a look tonight. I think I may have purchased some longer bolts?

Just found a photo, looks like I still used an original hold down.

Thanks Graham. It's the long bolts which seem to be the problem. They stick out under the sliding table by quite a fair way.

Maybe if we had a Triton D********** around........well.

    What's one of them?

If you can't find one, then perhaps a trip to someone's workshop still fitted out might be in order....

Think there's a club at Holmesglen - you could join them, I'm sure they'd help with all your Triton questions

I needed some longer bolts for my new fence. Got some of these square sliders from Triton (no charge) and got some bolts from Cost Less Bolts in Ringwood.

They are metric bolts so maybe you've got some imperial ones.

If you can't find a Triton D************ or Triton Club you can checkout mine.

    2. Gumby has a head with less hair than his namesake
    3. Stuart is a Triton D***********
