Default I've secumbed to the Orange Side

    I finally did it - I bought a Triton.

Swmbo and I were in Bunnies today looking for some pots to spruce up the outdoor area when she (yes she!) pointed out to me that there was an ex-display W2K for sale for $250. I must admit I was a bit hesitant mainly because there is a few bits missing (nothing major) but the main frame and top is in good condition. It has the height winder kit and also the retractable wheel kit attached.

So, after sussing out the availability of some spare parts to replace the missing bits I bought it. For now I'll put my little GMC saw in it but I hope that in time I can upgrade it to something bigger.

Now I get to spend more time in the shed
Have a nice day - Cheers

Call the Hills Clearence Centre at Banyo in Brisbane. They had a heaps of 235mm saws recently for $100 less than retail. Their number is 0732670266. They'll send it to you if you can't make it to them...

    Good deal!

WC2000 takes some time getting set up, but once done right its awesome. Height winder kit is a must, so thats good it came with it. Plus you don't have to spend hour or so putting it together. Have fun.

I sold my wc2000 some time ago, many a time I wished I had not sold it just for the cross cut function and the fact the router could fit in the cross cut mode too.

Also, you might want to consider getting the dust bag for the unit. I have used my WC2000 on and off for a few years now and before I had the bag would spend an hour or so after every session cleaning up - it is certainly worth purchasing.

Get in quick because there are only around 10 left. I bought one a couple of days ago.
