    Default Superjaws back?

When I visited Bunnies the other day, I noticed 2 versions of what looked very similar to the Triton Superjaws. One is the Ryobi badged version at $189, the other was an Ozito brand at $169. I haven't done much investigation to see the differences but both models looked very similar.

    Tiger,
Check out Stu's site for more information on the Superjaw clone from Ryobi and Ozito.
There is also an article on the Rockwell Jawhorse.

Thanks, Geoff, I never went and got one of these when Triton was making them and once they were gone, I thought hmmm... could have used one of these. I'll read Stu's report on them.

Home Hardware (the dogalogue people) also have their own Worx brand Jawhorse for a similar price.
I have one and can't fault it.

The Ryobi is the Chinese version of that Triton produced. The Ozitio looks similar, but functions more like a bench vice. The Workx is a rebadged Rockwell Jawhorse (but there are 2 versions of it as well), these were designed by the same people who designed the Superjaws for Triton.

The original superjaws are still being sold on Grays - you could have bought one tonight for about $135, including all fees and postage to Victoria.

Here's a link for the auction closing tomorrow night:

That's a massive drop from $189, the originals in stores are around the $169, does it take the triton jaw attachments

comparing it to pictures of the triton it looks exactly the same and as for the jaws it looks like they will fit,i was lucky it was hidding behind other ryobi boxes and i just seen the yellow sign saying reduced from 62.81 to 40 then looked at what it was then grabbed it straight away thinking it got to be around 169 mark
