Dear Damian,
Just thought of it now! If you do ring GMC/Triton for a new set of brushes and covers, it might be a good idea if you also get the through-table height winder while you're at it. Not sure if it comes as part of a kit of some sort, but whatever the case, I'm sure it will come in handy some day...
Cheerio,
Batpig.

Got one today
Read this thread last night and decided I might like some of the Triton action myself if it was staring me in the face when I passed through today. Sure enough 1400 router for $99 last one in the store at Taylors Lakes. I use the big one all the time and it's a mighty machine. Now I don't have to unclip it for freehand use. Thanks for the insider trading. That's the best discount I've had on a quality item in a long time.

Score!
Bunnings Hoppers Xing lost their display (and last) 1400W router 15 miutes ago, the guys on staff were miffed because they didn't know they had been made code 'F' .
Make sure if they grab a box to scan it is the correct one. First up they scanned the 2400W box but fortunately I caught on to the higher price.

Dunno about a good heart but I've got a fat wallet. And it's a no risk situation. If I'd bought say 6 and for some reason no one here wanted them all there is always ebay. How long do you reckon it'd take to sell a few mof's at $99 starting bid on the bay ? Meanwhile if I could unload them at no out of pocket and help some here get a deal everyone goes home happy.
Trouble is it didn't work out. Wish I'd gone to Rocklea earlier, or rang around. Oh well.
Don't get me started on that flamin accessories kit. It was right there, I held it in my hand at the wood show for $35! AND the guides fit my TRA001 AND the tra001 guide only kit was $39 and and !!! oh bother. I'm truly sore from kicking myself! I didn't know at the time if the guides would fit the TRA001 so I put it back. Sigh...
So if anyone sees the accessories kit cheap please let me know.
Bunnings Booval tomorrow to sort out my bits. And Cliff: say nothing!
By the way it's remarkable how much better the mof manual is compared to the tra001 manual. The TRA doesn't even have a weight as far as I can tell. The mof has a parts list in the back with all the part numbers, full specs everything...and colour...

Found another 3
I've found another 3 routers at $99. Two are shrink-wrapped, and one is in its box but isn't shrink-wrapped.
I've offered them to:
pauly
RodP
Mog4
who expressed an interest in the last two I found. These went to Milar.
If these people don't want them, they'll be available for other forumites.
Same deal as last time. I'll sell them for $99 each, provided they go to forum members (and don't appear on e-Bay later...). Pick up from Glenbrook (or my workplace at Baulkham Hills if that's easier).
PM me if interested.

Router at Croydon Bunnings
Picked up a 1400W router from Croydon Bunnings and they had one left on the top shelf, not sure if it is still there.
