Triton glue substitute
Hi,
I've always been a huge fan of the Triton yellow glue (aliphatic resin, I think the stuff's called). Very sad when I learnt the brand got dragged under, moreso now as I've run out of my last bottle!
So, does anyone know either:
(a) is it still available anywhere (in Melbourne, preferrably)...maybe some out of the way place someone knows has some old stock? or
(b) what would be a good substitute? I've looked at Bunnies and Mitre10 but neither seem to stock anything similar.
I know a product for building wood models - Great Planes - but it's very expensive for a small bottle.
Any suggestions appreciated!
Thanks,
Darren

Tightbond II seems to be the popular alternative to Triton.

Cool, thanks for this. Have heard of Titebond, so will probably go with this - just haven't seen it in my local Bunnies.

Weldbond yellow glue was just a couple of shades better than the triton stuff.
