MK3 versus 2000
Need to up size my current compact table saw and can't seem to find a good 2nd hand 2000 model in Sydney at the right price. Seem to be a number of MK3's available at reasonable prices but have heard that they have had a few problems. Am looking at a semi permanent set up, still need to be able to pack away (eventually). Will the MK3 do the job or should I hang out for a 2000? Any thoughts?

I'd tend to hang out for the 2000 - it is a definite improvement / development over the mark 3. Not knocking the mk3, but if I had a choice.......

Agree with Stuart. Have owned a Mk3 first, then upgraded to a 2000. If I had to buy a Triton WRC again I would definitely go for the 2000.
Better fence, like the height winder, easier to fold up and put away, probably could think of a few more reasons..........
